With the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill 2022 coming down the tracks and the right for parents/caregivers to request flexible working, from reading the bill I am just wondering has anyone got any information on what circumstances can an employer refuse a request?
Its just states to include a reason for refusal in the decision however, examples are listed for grounds for postponement and no examples listed for refusals.
