I am trying to explore the process for paternity leave in Ireland and got few questions:

Do you offer just statutory 2 weeks? Do you pay it at 100% or offer top up for the payment received from the Department of Social Protection?

Do you have enhanced policy in place too? If yes, for how many weeks and is it linked to tenure?
