Hello Heth, There are different companies practicing different approach and also depends on how you structure the compensation. Some companies in Construction,hospitality provide company accomodation for blue collar, entry level roles ; Some public sector provides accomodations/accomodation reimbursements on providing rental contracts ; some multi-nationals do provide accomodations for Senior Exec. In our company MNC, we provide allowance which we call Cost of living allowance and employees can take interest free rental advance as that gets them few % lesser annual rent. Dubai rents are on upward movement with economy getting back to normal. Hope this helps.
