Dear fellow UAE CIPD members,

I am in the process of setting up my executive coaching practice here in the UAE and would like to offer some pro- bono coaching to a couple of senior chartered CIPD members or senior leaders in their organization. In exchange for the coaching sessions I would ask for a small donation (it could be as little as AED 10) to the charity Dubai Cares supporting access to quality education for young people with limited financial means.

I am a chartered MCIPD and fully qualified Executive Coach through the Henley triple accredited Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) Programme. The Programme is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

I specialise in helping senior leaders adjust to new work challenges and settle into new roles more easily.

I would take on 3 individuals for 6 sessions each on a first come first serve basis. These individuals would be selected through a 30 minute pre-Coaching Zoom Session in which we would discuss specific coaching requirements and establish how I could help and whether we would want to work together.
