I am a postgraduate student studying HRM at Robert Gordon University. For one of my assessments, I have to discuss about how to manage employees between the UK and UAE for a fictional company.

I just finished reading the People Profession 2022: International Survey Report - https://www.cipd.co.uk/Images/people-profession-international-report_tcm18-114126.pdf 

The survey is mostly about how HR functions between different countries. I would like to know how are employees managed between the UK and UAE, and how HR functions in that area?

Do UK companies usually send expats to UAE, or how can companies hire UAE workers in HR and different types of employees? My assessment is about the retail and fashion industry. How HR tasks are divided between an office in the UK and an office in the UAE?

Can someone describe in general how business relations are maintained between the UK and the UAE?
