Using DocuSign in Europe

I'm looking for advice on the allowance of using docusign in Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Ireland - can electronic signatures be accepted as legally binding when signing contracts and other employment paperwork?

We've just adopted DocuSign. Electronic signatures can be legally binding in the UK and EU as long as they use a traceable audit system, like DocuSign (for those of you wondering why blockchain is such a big deal, this is a good example).
