IATA rates set on 1st January for travel

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please guide me with where exactly can I find the IATA rates set on 1st January each year for travel to a predetermined point of origin. 

Also please advice if this will be a good way to decide the allowance that is given to employees for travel.

    Kieran, these rates are not published for free. Travel agencies, airlines and transporters pay an annual subsciption of about 9,000 USD to have online access to this information in order to set their own prices. If you do significant repeat volume business with one of these companies, they may be willing to provide you with a limited extract of indicative fares between named destinations. Alternatively, contact IATA, explain your need and see what they can do for you (at a price)
