I work for a company that is undergoing a major change in the way they operate and how we deliver what our customers require. In order to do this we need to have a more flexible workforce to meet demand when required. As with may companies, our workforce in EMEA has historical contracts and low turnover in some cases, making change challenging and it might have to be forced/encouraged.
Does anyone have experience with making contractual changes in EMEA countries and how to approach the question of flexibility? For current employees and also new employees It would be great to get in touch with a large company who has also embarked on this huge task.
