I'm a student at Robert Gordon University in Scotland, UK.

I'm writing a research proposal about sustainability, L&D and stakeholders. I decided to propose to do the research in the finance sector of Brazil, in particular female employees.

Does anyone know what is the equivalent of the CIPD in Brazil, or the closest there is to an HR regulatory group in Brazil?

Also, does anyone know what are the regulatory organisations when it comes to finance and banks in Brazil?
