I hope you're all well. My name is Elizabeth but I usually go by Effy. Currently based in Finland pursuing my degree in Business Administration, majoring in HR. Last year I completed my first-ever internship in Birmingham where I got exposed to the HR world. Currently, I am working as a Talent Acquisition Operation Excellence Trainee at one of the biggest companies in Finland.

I am looking for a mentor who can provide guidance and support as I navigate my career path. I am planning to pursue a CIPD qualification and eventually secure a job in HR in the UK.
