I wondered if anyone would be willing to share the standard benefits they offer for Canada.

We are based in Alberta, Canada.

It is a new role for us therefore do not have much in terms of benefit and with only one employee finding it extremely difficult for companies interested in taking us on.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
