Has anyone had experience using companies like Deel or Oyster for paying independent contractors? I work for a small charity, and currently, we issue contracts and handle payments directly. However, we're evaluating options like Deel and Oyster to manage these processes, particularly for our contractors abroad.

I’d love to hear how others handle paying independent contractors internationally. If you use Deel or similar services, why do you prefer these over managing payments and contracts directly? I'm particularly interested in understanding how these services help ensure compliance with each country’s regulations regarding hiring independent contractors. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
