I work for a construction company with operations across several European jurisdictions, including the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Germany and Ireland.

I’m responsible for all HR and payroll operations across our locations. We prepare payroll submissions centrally in the UK and work with local payroll bureaus in each country.

I’m currently looking for recommendations for a new payroll bureau in Germany. We are working with BDO at the moment, but I’d like to explore other options.

Ideally, I’m looking for a provider who:

• Speaks excellent English

• Is flexible and responsive

• Has experience with both white-collar and blue-collar payroll

If anyone has recommendations or experience with a reliable provider, I’d really appreciate your input.
