I’ve been seeking an opportunity in HR Operations in Europe, and I would love to hear advices from you, which 3 top trends you think I need to search, read, learn? For example, I believe EU Pay Transparency Directive is one of them. What other topics are unmissable?

Hi, I'm a Brit in Sweden and work with HRIS.
big topics, of course EU pay transparency.
We're also seeing Data Protection with data on USA HQ's servers - data sovereignty and which laws apply...especially as in the US the law now seems to be optional

Can't think of anything that is a massive issue right now.

Hi Leiliane - while it isn't directly labour law/HR related, evolving legislation on AI in Europe will have/has a cross over into the HR space. Agree on the Pay Transparency importance.
