Has anybody had any experiencing of the HR-Inform platform which is linked to CIPD.  We signed up for a 2 year contract which has just expired and we are now being chased for another years payment as I am now told that they automatically renew the 2 year contract without notification.  It seems it i their procedure to do this.

As I work in an industry where doing this is outlawed by OFCOM and where you have to tell customers they are out of contact and can move to another provider.  We would not be allowed to just initiate another 2 year contract without agreement.

It does not seem very ethical for an organisation in our field to be using such a practice.
