Fellow ladies working in HR,

I am currently carrying out a research project as part of my MSc in Organisational Psychology, exploring how the social networks of women in the HR profession impact their career development in an effort to better understand HR as a female-dominated profession. 

I am looking to speak with ladies across all areas of HR, over the age of 18 and with 5 or more years of work experience. I would be really grateful if you would consider taking part – this would involve being interviewed by me for 45-60 minutes via video (Skype/Facetime, etc) givent the current circumstances. All responses will be fully anonymised.
