Retail software with foreign currency option

I want to ask about software, an HR platform similar to Access, but that also allows us to use foreign currency for shops abroad. I wondered if anyone had any experience of this that they might be able to share with me please? There is a lot of software advertised on line but it is difficult to assess what it will be like in terms of practicality and whether it would be appropriate to us. If anyone can share their experience or advise me I would be grateful.

Currently Access allows us to; use rotas for store managers to manage, these link to payroll, employee portals where they can manage/download payslips and book holiday to be confirmed/authorised by their manager, employee records, managing their promotions/pay and working history (positions/probation) etc - any new software would need to allow us to do all of this.
