Hi fellow HRs,
I've been looking into upgrading from Assoc to Fellow member via the Experience Assessment route. Has anyone got any tips on what to prepare for and how the format will be and what to expect based on their own experience?
I’m based in Singapore and have worked across APAC in various HR roles progressively in the past 14 years. Accredited CIPD since 2018 so not too long ago as it is uncommon in this side of the world although I wish to promote it more and have it mandatory!
Would love to hear or speak to anyone who has done this or open to provide free advise.
