Hi all
I have to give a brief presentation (5-10 mins Max) on a team call, audience is my department colleagues based in the US.
The subject can be anything HR related, even loosely related, but I am struggling to pick a topic.
Have any of you read any inspiring stories recently or is there something specific you’ve felt empowered by that I could share with my US counterparts?
Thanks v much :-)
Might be a bit old news, but I read Drive by Daniel Pink recently and it was really inspiring if you wanted to talk about employee engagement and intrinsic rewards. The most basic thing I took from it was just remembering to genuinely thank people for their good work.
What about the Right to Disconnect legislation brought in recently in Europe ? And the issue of remote working entitlement ? All pandemic related but maybe different in US ?
