Which HR Information Systems are the most commonly used by the profession and where/how can I sign up for a course so I could learn how to use it? Thank you!

I can only speak from personal experience & public sector, but most organisations use SAP or Oracle.
As for courses, you would be best searching the web for those systems & seeing what they offer.
