Looking for a mentor to progress to HR Advisor

Good afternoon,

I am currently working as a HR Administrator for a national business in the Occupational Health department as part of HR Shared Services. I am also currently studying my CIPD level 3 and have got just 3 modules to pass. I was supporting in other shared services departments like payroll and recruitment as well as helping HR Advisors during the busy times, but my HR work experience is mainly specialist.

My aspiration is to progress to a HR Advisor and being able to deal with ER cases, recruitment and appraisals in the foreseeable future. I am looking for a mentor who would be able to help me to achieve my ambition. Please get in touch with me, I would really appreciate your help.

  • Hi Anna, hope you’re well! Congratulations on reaching the halfway mark in your level 3! It’s a fantastic sense of achievement reaching the end of the qualification! It does become addictive:) I have been taking on a lot more lately in my current role as HR/People Advisor so would be more than happy to offer any help or share some of my opportunities and experiences if you feel this may help at all?
