What does the future of the people profession look like to you?
As the professional body, we’re responsible for leading the way in understanding and shaping the future of the people profession. Our People Profession 2030 research project aims to do just that, but we can’t do this alone and we need your help.
Between 10th - 20th August, we’re running a virtual hackathon to bring together people professionals from around the world to discuss and explore what the future holds for the profession. As a people professional, you have your own unique perspective on the profession, so the insights you give will ultimately equip us with the knowledge needed to create the tools and resources practitioners will need to thrive in a changing world of work.
