Hi All, soon I will be starting a new journey....

I grew up in South Africa and have been in Learning and Development for over 20 years. I moved back to the UK just over a year ago and now want to further my studies within L&D.

I am about to embark on the L&D Consultant/Business Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship. Reading through the End-point assessment plan I just cannot seem to get my head around it 100% on how the Assessment Journey works.

Is there a site that can give me a clear break down of when you start your work based project? In the model is explains EPA 1 - Work bases project with professional discussion can start from the 19 Month.

What I would like to know is when can you start the project. I need to sit with my L&D Manager and do the break down of outcomes/growth areas of when they should be achieved and the discussion about the project. I don't want to leave this to late and currently in my organisation things change quickly and I would like to bed down a project soonest.
