Hi Everyone,

There are 3 - and only 3 - levels of CIPD qualification. This makes sense because it fits the "beginner", "intermediate", "advanced" categorization.

But why are the only three levels called 3, 7 and 9? What happened to the rest?

I really hope someone can help clarify this. Until then, my theory is that it is a hidden puzzle needed to unlock the highly coveted yet secret Level 10.
