Career path implementation for the HR function

Dear CIPD Community,

I recently started a new job and one of the projects is to implement career paths for the different functions. For some functions the career paths are being implemented and we are now also working on a career path for our HR function, which is really exciting.

We are using HAY for the job evaluation, but I am looking for best practice examples from other organisations. This would help us to get some advice from an organization that has a career path for HR in place and discuss it.

I would be grateful for tips about organisations I can contact!
