Maternity leave and return

I am keen to hear from fellow HR professionals what provision you make for employees going on maternity and/or parental leave and what you do, if anything, to reintegrate them back in to the workplace when they return?

    I'm not sure about others, but the last couple of places I've worked in, we were/are just advocating the KIT days towards the end of parental leave.
