Hi everyone, I am very excited to accept a job as trainee hr manager in a grocery chain, I don’t have previous hr experience however have lots of transferable skills from other jobs and I’ve just finished a course.. I was wondering if anyone has good advise for a starter in the field? Especially if retail? What would you say to the younger you that had just got a job in the HR field? ️ Looking forward to all words of wisdom!
