The rapid evolution facing the HR industry requires professionals to constantly manage change, while keeping up with organisational strategy, regulations, technology, and key market trends.

The CIPD's 2021 people profession survey indicated that approximately two-thirds of people professionals have had to either upskill or reskill themselves as a result of their organisations response to the pandemic.

We are looking to gather a cross-section of audience perspectives and insights on how people professionals are upskilling/reskilling themselves, what the in-demand skills are presently and what are those skills needed for the profession to make an impact on their strategic goals. 

Next week... between 26th - 28th April, the CIPD will be running a series of focus group sessions where you’ll be able to share your thoughts and feedback.
