Applicant Tracking System

Hello all,

Hope you can help out.

I am looking for an ATS that can redact Cv's and can collate applicant data from recruitment to onboarding. Can anyone advise on the system that they have that can redact Cv's?

  • what are you redacting from them ?

    Just names/addresses/telephone numbers or also educational establishments, workplaces, dates ?

    For what reason ?

    Anything that can identify them, names, address, year of education, qualification. this is to ensure an unbiased recruitment process.

    In my mind that kind of redaction never works


    If anyone actually wants to they can deduce an age etc from type of qualification or name of establishment.

    Over 51 if an Olevel listed, went to a Polytechnic then it was pre 1992. An HNC is a different level qualification depending upon when completed as well, so removing the dates from it render it very hard to objectively compare


    You would be better off creating a registration form and getting applicants to use that - then allowing decision makers to just see the fields that are needed for the purposes of deciding on interview
