We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. On behalf of everyone at the CIPD, we send our sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family for their immeasurable loss.

Our thoughts are overtaken today but the loss.
I have been asked by my CEO to consider our approach to staff and whether we should close the office on the day of the funeral, as if a week day this is not officially a bank holiday, but up to employers discretion. Any thoughts on the approaches being taken?
