It’s reassuring to know, in all you do
Your fairness and judgement stand tall

From employment law to policy change
You really know your stuff
You’re making decisions and calls every day
And sometimes these can be tough

Improving our working lives is top of the list
Making sure we can thrive and grow
But don't forget to look after yourself
We care about your wellbeing too, you know!
