HR Mentors

Hi all,

I'm trying to look for a mentor to help support my continued development within our profession but i'm struggling to locate any information regarding this? I'm based in Dorset and my nearest CIPD Branch is 'West Of England' and it has no information regarding mentorship. Can somebody point me to other places where i could do some more research to and establish what my options are?

  • Hi Craig, do you get the emails? There was a recent one last month on a career hub which looked like it had some good content, I’d also recommend going to one of the sessions they advertise (I.e good practice) to develop your networks and learn in more of a group setting whilst contributing your own experiences.
