I recruited for Exec HR roles in NSW and CIPD didn’t hold much value over there - at the time there wasn’t an ASIA PAC presence (12 years ago). Instead, there is the Australian HR Institute - https://www.ahri.com.au/ I’m not sure I have any NZ contacts for you but I can certainly put you in touch with HR recruiters in Brisbane and Sydney if you want any further info. are you relocating?
