I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and to continue my development I am undertaking an Executive and Senior Coaching qualification through the Institute of Leadership and Management. This is an internationally recognised accredited qualification with academic and practical assessment criteria.

I need to find two to three leaders to coach to achieve the required 20 hours of effective coaching within a complex work environment. It is about listening and advising on leadership, management, resources, strategy and operations. I am an HR and communications professional with over 20 years' experience in the police, public sector and government.
