  • Hi Ruth,

From a generalist perspective a staff forum is quite useful. At my current firm this is made up of elected employee representatives who represent the wider workforce, meeting with key stakeholders (including the CEO) quarterly to provide a platform to champion employee voice, have Q&A and improve the flow of comms etc.

From an individual perspective we are making strides to improve inclusivity within the Company so that people feel supported and empowered to speak up and contribute to the discussion etc. Happy to chat.

    Best,
    Leo
