This is a shout out for any part time workers in these discussion forums.
I am currently researching the experience of part time workers today. HR professionals will know that part time work has historically been heavily gendered, and often resulting in career stagnation, lack of progression and sometimes stigma. Some of these findings however pre-pandemic. We are interested to know if anything has shifted in the experience of part time workers, especially as other forms of flexible work are now more common. If you have a spare ten minutes and work less than 30 hours per week, please consider completing our survey - or sharing it with any part time workers you know. The larger the sample size, the more rich the data we can review.
