I’m currently completing my CIPD Level 7 (Unit 7CO04) through independent study, and my research project focuses on how People Analytics insights are translated into practical decisions and organisational value.
I’m looking for 3 working HR professionals or managers outside my organisation to share your experience.
It would involve 5 short open-ended questions (around 10 minutes), either by email or, if preferred, a brief Teams conversation.
Everything will be fully anonymous, and no names, company details or identifiable information will be included.
I’d also be very happy to swap interviews/questionnaires and participate in another student’s 7CO04 research in return.
