I am trying - and failing - to use EBSCO.  I'm logged in to the CIPD website each time I try and have watched the recommended YouTube videos but I'm still having no luck.

I can type a search term in the box but then I am unable to filter the results as none of the drop down arrows on the left side menu work when I click on them.  Not only that, but nothing opens when I click on a result anyway!

Any ideas on what is causing this, or any help to be able to access the EBSCO content would be very much appreciated!  I'm using a Windows laptop and it's running Windows 11 if that makes any difference.
