If you're reading this, you're either joining us from the Student Conference after Saturday 2 March, or you are exceptionally diligent and here beforehand! Either way, as one of the CIPD's directors, I'd like to welcome you to the forum.

We've set up this group on our popular Community to keep the conversation going with our student members and potential student members - it's for you to ask any questions you might have and the CIPD team will try our very best to help you. I'll leave the difficult questions to colleagues.  

I look forward to hearing what you have to say and getting to know you all - we have some fresh plans for the year so you can expect more in '24! We're excited for all you are going to learn and achieve as you progress through your CIPD qualifications.
