Immediately after his closing conference keynote about the impact of technology and AI in particular on the profession, David D'Souza was asked some questions. While David responded at the time, we thought it would be interesting to explore the topic a little more here - especially for those who weren't able to make it on the day.
As an HR technology novice - what can I do to gain more knowledge?
Do you think AI within people practice will be used to help remove the monotony tasks. I assume HR maybe more focused on strategic/innovative/non-routine decisions that AI possibly cannot do - do you agree with this?
Can AI replace HR professionals?
