I need to resubmit 4.3 and wondering if any one has successfully passed this criteria and may have some guidance for me ?

Due to this being a specialist unit, there is no assessment guidance document, so I'm really unsure what to focus on and the subject is pretty broad and I'm struggling with word count.

Question - Explain the main principles of maternity, paternity and adoption rights in the context of employment rights.

The marker has suggested i need to focus more on what those affected are eligible for and the criteria but to give that info for each area and then to discuss what rights they have, i.e. kit days, protection from discrimination etc is taking me way over word count, so thinking I'm going wrong some where ?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
