Hello! I am writing the first assignment (5CO01) and struggling to find some credible resources that explain Edgar Schein’s model, particularly focusing on the three layers. I found a really helpful YouTube video but unsure whether it's allowed to be credited or whether it's seen to not be reliable. 

I asked my tutor but they didn't specify yes or no, just instructed me to look at google scholar which I have done but still struggling.
