Hello! I think I have read the question too many times over and making myself more confused but can someone please help me understand question 2.4 of 5CO01 Unit. 

It asks "discuss one model that explains how change is experienced by the people who are subject to the change". I know I'd like to focus on the Kubler-Ross adapted model but not fully understand how you answer the second part ("explain how change is experienced by the people who are subject to the change?") 

who are we focusing on here? Do we need to discuss it from an organisation perspective and how the model can help support employees through typical things that happen within an organisation, such as redundancies, acitions etc? 

Any help would be so appreciated.
