5C02 - AC 2.1 - Calculations

Hello, 

I am on my final attempt here so I was wondering if anyone could help. 

My marker has said I need to show all the working/calculations for AC2.3 but I am just confused as the data was all generated into a pivot table then to a bar chart. Where would I show the “calculation” in the report?

    Hi Penny, you can show calculations after the table. for example,
    Calculations for each reason:
    • Resignation - Pay / Benefits related: (10 / 54) * 100% = 18.5%
    • Resignation: (7 / 54) * 100% = 13.0%
    • Resignation - Job not as expected: (6 / 54) * 100% = 11.1%
    • Ill Health: (6 / 54) * 100% = 11.1%
