Hi All, 

I'm a bit stuck on what I should write my dissertation on. I have limited access to resources to collect data as I don't currently work for an organisation. I was thinking about doing something related to recruitment through agencies as I have a good relationship with a small recruitment agency which I occasionally do temp work for. 

Does anyone have any ideas on a research question?

- I would need to be able to collect research to answer my dissertation question 

- Ideally would be a relatively new topic in HRM
