We have moved away from HR to People and Culture and yes there is a massive difference, it's not just a name change, and to be honest, being a large charity with volunteers in the community. Ulrich's HR was never really us. Perhaps if more organisations looked at what their people professionals did they would also move away from Ulrich's HRIn reply to Johanna:
