I have done research but i keep finding conflicting information on whether a CIPD level 3 will help me find employment or if there are other better ways into hr.

I am 19, i have no previous employment, no luck finding any jobs despite applying for hundreds of entry level/apprenticeship jobs over the past two years, my highest level of education is GCSE due to unfortunate events which led to me not making the most out of college, my situation has limited my education and i dont have the capability to go back to college for two years to complete my A-levels or an equivalent BTEC since it has been too long and i need a job within the next two years. Will a CIPD level 3 make me more employable for an entry level job in recruitment or other areas of HR?

Absolutely any advice at all will be highly appreciated, as i cant find much good advice or information on similar situations to mine.
