Hi Paula, I also found it really difficult getting started. Following the grading grid closely really helped me to understand what the questions was asking, also paying attention to the prompt words ('explain', 'describe' etc.) Not sure what provider you were with, but mine had some useful resources explaining how to set out the document which was good. Best of luck with your course, I am just waiting for my final assessment to be marked!

I am in the same situation. Eager to get started but don't really know how. I've read the literature provided and looked at layout examples but still questioning whether I know what I'm doing! I'm hoping once I get started and submit a draft I'll feel better about it. I found the webinar really useful though.
