Hi All I'm still new to this field and just enrolled into Cipd level 3 and 5. I dont have a background in HR. However, I am looking for a post. I have more of information and NHS experience background. Although I have a degree in History, I would like to know how assignment essays are answered. It would be helpful if someone has a structure they use so any tips or how you approach the questions would be helpful. Also do you need a HR role in order to complete Cipd level 5. Thanks so much.
