Asking myself what Silvio Hofmannwould do?

Please note that the CIPD does not refer to level 7 any more. This qualification is now called Chartered. I would probably state ‘MSc HRM (CIPD-accredited)’ and make it clear that you hold the Associate Membership in your CV.

Normally, completing a Masters would not lead to Chartered membership (even though the qualification itself is at Chartered level) until you can evidence relevant work experience. I am aware this sounds complicated ;)
